Six Balanced-Armature Drivers
Each earpiece houses six high-quality BA drivers for faithful audio reproduction. Dual Sonion 39AY008 subwoofers deliver solid, controlled bass. Two Knowles 32873 drivers handle the midrange with natural warmth, while a pair of Knowles 33518 tweeters add sparkling clarity to the highs.
Tonal Perfection
Tuned to ZiiGaat’s in-house target, the Luna features an 8 dB sub-bass shelf cutting off at 250 Hz for punchy lows without bleed. The 250 Hz–1 kHz midrange remains flat—just like a studio monitor—so vocals and instruments stay true-to-life. The treble is smooth and detailed, providing just the right amount of sparkle.
Professional-Grade Performance
Fast transients and tight imaging ensure every detail sits exactly where it should, even in dense mixes. Vocals maintain a hint of warmth without sounding muddy, and layering is so precise you can pinpoint each instrument on the soundstage.
Custom Interchangeable Cable
The included 0.78 mm 2-pin cable is made from silver-plated oxygen-free copper for noise-free transmission. Its detachable design boosts the longevity of your monitors and lets you customize your setup for comfort or style.
Handcrafted Quality
Each Luna shell is 3D-printed in medical-grade resin for durability and lightness during long sessions. Drivers are hand-matched for perfect channel balance, and every unit is tested before polishing. Hand-poured faceplates add a boutique aesthetic to a rugged, studio-ready design.

How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days. You may check with our staff regarding the in-stock status of any products.
Customized items will take a longer time. Please contact our staff for more information.
On normal non-sale days, once your parcel has been shipped out:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-4 weeks for items to be delivered after shipping out. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country, its customs and other factors.* The duration for transit is something beyond our control. Kiwi Ears will not be making refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to Express Shipping or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.

Do you ship internationally?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify this with our team to check whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.
We cannot ship to addresses that are "PO boxes or APO/FPO".
*Note: Generally, we can only do Selected Shipping to India and Russia. We can only do Express Shipping to Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few.

What is your return policy?
You may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 7 days upon receiving it but you would have to bear the shipping costs incurred. For items that are damaged, incorrect, or faulty upon delivery, Kiwi Ears will assess the issue and provide a solution accordingly. We will either provide an exchange, a replacement or a repair service of the item(s), depending on the problem encountered. Please contact support@Kiwi Ears.com within the 7 days.
