The subbass punches a heavy 10dB slam, while the midrange is neutral to articulate natural instrument presentation. The trebles are meticulously tuned to be smooth and fatigue-free.
Two Dynamic Driver Sub-Woofers
The Seraphim utilizes an isobaric dual dynamic driver subwoofer system to maximize subbass impact. With a synchronized pressure flux, the subwoofers emphasize kick bass slam and bass guitar notes, while minimizing spillover into the midrange. This allows audiences to dive deep into the music without coloring the overall sound.
Genuine Knowles Balanced Armature Drivers
Imported Knowles drivers are utilized for the mids and trebles for an uncompromising sound. Dual RAF 32873 midrange balanced armature drivers articulate natural mids and mid-trebles, providing crisp bite to vocals and natural timbre to instruments. A RAD 33518 ultra-tweeter provides extended trebles for a wide soundstage and precise micro-details.

How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days. You may check with our staff regarding the in-stock status of any products.
Customized items will take a longer time. Please contact our staff for more information.
On normal non-sale days, once your parcel has been shipped out:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-4 weeks for items to be delivered after shipping out. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country, its customs and other factors.* The duration for transit is something beyond our control. Kiwi Ears will not be making refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to Express Shipping or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.

Do you ship internationally?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify this with our team to check whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.
We cannot ship to addresses that are "PO boxes or APO/FPO".
*Note: Generally, we can only do Selected Shipping to India and Russia. We can only do Express Shipping to Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few.

What is your return policy?
You may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 7 days upon receiving it but you would have to bear the shipping costs incurred. For items that are damaged, incorrect, or faulty upon delivery, Kiwi Ears will assess the issue and provide a solution accordingly. We will either provide an exchange, a replacement or a repair service of the item(s), depending on the problem encountered. Please contact support@Kiwi Ears.com within the 7 days.
