The ZiiGaat Odyssey features a 4-driver hybrid configuration per side, with 1 custom 10mm Topology Driver, 2 Knowles RAF 32873 full-range balanced armature drivers, and a Knowles RAD 33518 ultra-frequency tweeter. This combination provides the best bass performance from a dynamic driver alongside the clarity and high-definition sound of balanced armature drivers.
10mm Topology Dynamic Driver
The Odyssey utilizes a brand-new custom in-house dynamic driver to power the bass. This 10mm dynamic driver is designed with ZiiGaat’s custom Topology diaphragm. The Topology diaphragm is built using layers of nano-particle dispersion to create distinct topographical patterns on the surface, helping disperse the sound according to its design. ZiiGaat’s custom Topology diaphragm has been carefully engineered to increase the speed and impact of the bass while maintaining good sustain.
Genuine American Knowles Drivers
For uncompromising sound quality, the Odyssey is built using genuine American Knowles balanced armature drivers. The new RAF 32873 driver provides excellent midrange response, delivering natural and well-textured vocal and instrument performances. Using two of these drivers allows enhanced output-to-distortion ratios, increasing the perceived resolution and definition in audio quality. The RAD 33518 ultra-frequency tweeter has become the new industry standard in high-frequency performance. The 33518 offers a neutral timbre, allowing for treble extension and micro-detail retrieval without sounding shrill or metallic. Paired with the RAF 32873, this combination creates a completely coherent sound signature.
Excellence in Tuning
The ZiiGaat Odyssey has been tuned to perfection following our in-house tuning standards. The bass is focused on subwoofer-like performance, with powerful and impactful hits that quickly decay to prevent muddiness in the mid-frequencies. The midrange is natural, with a neutral tonal signature, allowing vocals and instruments to sound just as they were recorded. The treble is tuned to match the human ear’s tonal perception, offering crisp and detailed highs without sharpness. Thanks to the 33518 ultra-frequency tweeters, the extended frequencies are clear and provide excellent air to the overall sound, enhancing the perceived soundstage and resolution.

This is my first IEM from ZiiGaat and honestly, I'm impressed! Odyssey is comfortable, plus the sound is versatile enough to handle any kind of music.
My listening setup: Phone > Topping DX3 Pro+ > Odyssey
- Bass has good impact and creates the overall warmth of the IEM.
- Although it's a mild V-shape set, the midrange is well "preserved," with enough clarity to not get lost in the beat.
- There's a little bit of zing in the high-mid to treble transition, but only with bright vocals and at higher volume. So this is a set I enjoy most at moderate volume.
Did I mention that the faceplate gets a lot of compliments from the people I showed the IEM to? That's a small plus too.
I received the IEMs 12 days after ordering (China -> Austria) and I've got to say I'm very pleased with them. The included tips fit well, and even though I did replace the cable with a nicer one, I enjoy listening to these Odysseys very much. They have punchy, but quite controlled bass. Detail in the entire frequency range is superb.
Ergonomics > Light cable but quality can be improved, stringy pvc and felt sticky. Could use a 4.4mm balance. Good number of ear tips. Pouch can be thicker height/thickness (rather slim now) as the IEM & cable is compressed when zip up, but size is adequate to fit pockets
My listening with MScaller+HugoTT2 OR +Topping A90
Bass > There's ample bass but not for basshead. It's sub base has rumble but the midbass is less impactful / presence. Does not viel/mask vocal & treble (instruments sound).
Vocals > Not in your face or shouty but clear with less sibilance. Male voice needs more grunt
Treble > Clear extended and with some sparkle but not fatiguing.
Spatial > Staging is constrained slightly wider left & right. For pop music, instrument sound spread slightly out left & right but vocals space is between your ear/in your head.
Classical music feel slightly out in front but layering is little and not prominent
Quite a good step up from my old IEMs!
I admit to having the IEM syndrome. I like trying different ones. The Odyssey is now at the top of my collection. It is a very fun and enjoyable IEM. I recommend it to anyone looking to improve their collection.

How long does it take to process an order?

On normal non-sale days, once your parcel has been shipped out:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-4 weeks for items to be delivered after shipping out. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country, its customs and other factors.* The duration for transit is something beyond our control. Kiwi Ears will not be making refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to Express Shipping or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.

Do you ship internationally?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify this with our team to check whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.
We cannot ship to addresses that are "PO boxes or APO/FPO".
*Note: Generally, we can only do Selected Shipping to India and Russia. We can only do Express Shipping to Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few.

What is your return policy?
You may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 7 days upon receiving it but you would have to bear the shipping costs incurred. For items that are damaged, incorrect, or faulty upon delivery, Kiwi Ears will assess the issue and provide a solution accordingly.
