The Horizon was developed to provide an effortless musical experience. The Horizon delivers an extreme naturalness and life-likeness in your music thanks to a smooth upper treble extension. Utilizing two planar drivers to effectively extend the upper trebles to 35kHz, the Horizon allows you to discover a new realism in your audio.
Tribrid Configuration
The Horizon utilizes a single 10mm biodynamic driver to power a thumpy and engaging bass response. The midrange feels smooth and has an analog texture thanks to two custom ported Knowles 30262-163 balanced armature drivers. A dual custom composite planar drivers are dedicated to the treble and are specifically designed to enhance the 20 to 35kHZ ultra-treble range.
Buttery Treble Extension
Previous attempts by the IEM industry to enhance the treble response has always resulted in harshness and peakyness in the treble range. By designing custom planar drivers for the upper treble, we have achieved an almost completely linear treble extension that does not deviate more than 4dB across the entire 20 to 35kHz frequency range. This means you can appreciate the expansive soundstage and air that brings your music to life, without any unnatural shrillness or harshness.
Natural Tonal Balance
The Horizon has been tuned to feel natural and comfortable. Compared to our other models, the Horizon features a smoother transition across the entire frequency spectrum to provide a more music experience. The sub-bass kicks are tight, but the bass roll-off is more lenient, allowing more bass-guitar presence to tie into the low-mids. The midrange is flat, but thanks to a more relaxed crossover with the bass, instruments and vocals retain a little more warmth. The treble is carefully calculated to balance the entire tonal curvature, with the upper trebles being smoother to accommodate the treble extension.
Handcrafted Quality
Each Horizon unit is handcrafted. Beginning with a 3D-printed resin shell which uses imported medical-grade resin, the shell is durable and lightweight for extended studio usage. Each driver is hand-tested and paired prior to assembly to ensure perfect channel matching. Horizon units are then individually tested prior to finishing and polishing to ensure the highest degree of quality. Every faceplate is hand poured and decorated, providing a boutique look and feel.
Custom Interchangeable Cable
The Horizon comes standard with an interchangeable 2-pin 0.78mm connector cable. The cable is constructed from ultra-pure grade silver-plated oxygen-free copper. Premium silver-plated copper wires ensure noise-free signal transmission for the highest quality of sound. The interchangeable cable design also optimizes the longevity of the IEM and allows customizability in your wearing experience.

How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days. You may check with our staff regarding the in-stock status of any products.
Customized items will take a longer time. Please contact our staff for more information.
On normal non-sale days, once your parcel has been shipped out:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-4 weeks for items to be delivered after shipping out. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country, its customs and other factors.* The duration for transit is something beyond our control. Kiwi Ears will not be making refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to Express Shipping or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.

Do you ship internationally?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify this with our team to check whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.
We cannot ship to addresses that are "PO boxes or APO/FPO".
*Note: Generally, we can only do Selected Shipping to India and Russia. We can only do Express Shipping to Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few.

What is your return policy?
You may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 7 days upon receiving it but you would have to bear the shipping costs incurred. For items that are damaged, incorrect, or faulty upon delivery, Kiwi Ears will assess the issue and provide a solution accordingly. We will either provide an exchange, a replacement or a repair service of the item(s), depending on the problem encountered. Please contact support@Kiwi Ears.com within the 7 days.
